DREAMING OF BUNNIES...

GREETINGS FROM SOUTH AFRICA!
TOBY here...
Hello there every-furry-buddy!
It's Friday and almost weekend.
It's going to be a special weekend too...!

This weekend our household will be back to normal again with all our humans back in residence.
Welcome home, Miss R and Miss J!!!

(Don't tell anyone, but us dogs are planning a huge bedroom-rampage to welcome our young humans home!)

---xXx---

My other news is that Maxmom is on another mission.  She liked my
POGO PLUSH BUNNY
so much, that she's decided to make a few of her own...
Okay, I admit, these are a little different, and they're not for her!
They are, however, for sale!
This is some of her 'stock' for the coming Easter celebrations.  Maxmom always likes knitting during winter, so she's decided to make these bunnies and see if any of her South African friends want to buy them.
What ya think?

She doesn't want me to play with them.  I simply have to lie down and watch the blur she makes with those knitting needles.

Mmmmph! I'm sure I could make mince-meat of those bunnies!
They look very soft and cuddly - for humans, that is!
Mind you, those Easter eggs look even more mouth-drooling.
I'll just have to wait for that special moment, when nobody is looking, to practice my counter-surfing techniques.  I'm sure Aunt Tam' and the King will appreciate my efforts.
We could practice our bunny-shredding skills too.
Something tells me that I shouldn't even think about it!

"Dream on, Toby!"

Wishing all my buddies a wonderful, bunny-filled weekend.
Lotsalicks

NOTE TO MY SOUTH AFRICAN FRIENDS:

I am selling these bunnies for R75 each.  Should anyone want to purchase one/two/some from me, please email me, or leave your email address in the comments section, and I'll get back to you.
They really are cute, and should make a wonderful gift for someone special.

Happy Friday! Enjoy your weekend of fun. Those bunnies are cute, but I agree, they can make some good food. We have a bunny living in our neighborhood, but he is real quick!

MAXMOM you are amazing! How in the world did you ever manage to make them look so,,,real and professional? They are so cute. I'd be sure not to leave them out,,,our Speedbump loves to counter surf when we're not here.

Those bunnies are really very nice. We hope they find nice homes for Easter.

Toby, they would never be found in our toy box either, just up on the shelf out of our paws' reach:(

Your bunnies are absolutely adorable! Great job! I cannot believe how rapidly Toby has grown from the darling little pup you brought home just a few months ago. He is a beauty and you are very blessed to have him.

Oh no that's terrible having all those wonderful bunnies around and not being able to play with any of them. I hope you get to go on a good rampage instead.

I can see why Toby would want to play with them--They are so cute and so real looking--The same thing would happen here too!!

Anyone would love to get one for Easter, who needs a chocolate bunny when you would have one of your sweet bunnies instead?? :-)

Hi Toby
I am not sure that I see the point of bunnies that you cannot play with, but Gail seems to think they look appealing.
Sorry I haven't been visiting much this wee, I've been busy entertaining human granny and grandad!

NOT FAIR! I'd ♥ to have that little, brown bunny along with a white one and maybe a black one - a bunny 'litter' for me to l♥ve. Would some of your bunnies like to move to Michigan?

We are with you, but sometimes those humans would prefer we left our shredding skills in our dreams. Not sure why.

Hi Toby,

Your mum is very clever to make those cute rabbits.

I've always found pretending to chase rabbits in my sleep (complete with twitching, yelps and moving my legs) is far safer than upsetting mum by chasing actual rabbits. She always tells me stories of how the first Golden Retreiver that lived here managed to chase the neighbour's pet rabbit (that escaped) all around the outside of our house with mum running as fast as she could behind rabbit & dog yelling at them, while my human grandfather was doubled over laughing at the race! No bunnies were harmed.

Sending you lots of woofs,
Riley

Those bunnies are really nice! Maxmom is very talented with those knitting needles. I think she totally should start making toys for doggies too!

Toby, has anyone mentioned to you that you have such AWESOME pigment!!! WOW! I wish mine was as brilliantly black as yours. I think my pigment is brown black.

OMD MaxMom you sure make those bunnies look real!

I like bunnies, I think that they would make real nice snuggles when I take my nappies.

I am so happy that your Misses are both home and safe.

Toby,

Your mom is so talented!!! Those bunnies are so cute. You had better *not* practice your bunny shredding techniques!!!!

And, because your mum is so talented, I'm certain that she's already taught you not to counter surf. No chocolate for doggies!

Hi Toby,
I saw your blog on Honey's website, so I thought to come and say Hi!
My name is Lucille and I live in Italy!
I love your country, well my humans do, and they hope they will come to visit it one day!
They are looking forward to visiting a place called Kruger... they say there are bigger animals than me!
I like your site, I will be reading further to get to know you better!
Ciao Lucille

PS: my human says that the bunnies are really nice... but not for me, I de-stuff all the toys I am given!
