WOOF! WOOF!
TOBY here...
Greetings to all my fur-buddies around the world!
It's kinda winter here in South Africa at the moment, although some of the trees still have leaves and funny prickly looking balls.
Some of them are so pretty.
The sun goes down earlier too. The dust in our city makes it glow red.
As soon as its dark, the heaters are turned on and King Toffee doesn't waste a moment...
Me? I prefer the couch!
In our house it's first-come, first-served. Forget the humans. They can make their own plan.
Later in the evening, Tammy takes me to bed.
We have everything we need to get through the winter!
BOL!

They look very comfy! If you want to know where the warmest part of a house is (in winter) and the coolest (in summer)... look for the dogs or cats!
We're couch -- and chair-- dogs too, regardless of the season.
Of course it's almost summertime here and wintertime there, so we'll have to make that mental adjustment when we read your bloggie!
Wirey woofs,
Jake and Just Harry
It's supposed to be Spring up here but we're looking at rain today and tomorrow and coolish daytime temperatures of 16 degrees C. Then maybe sun on Saturday. I love the blanket on Toby. My dad usually covers me up too.
Hi Toby, Hunter here; I don't know what winter is but here it is nice and sunny. Sometimes Mom takes me out for a walk and I get hot. I sure like your sleeping arrangements though. Have a furbulous weekend.
Happy Paws, Hunter & Noreen
It sounds like it may be a '3 dog night' at your house tonight!! I hope your evening was an enjoyable one!!
Howdy Toby, sounds like our place. Gets dark early, heater on and snuggle time. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
Hi Toby
I think you so smart grabbing the blanky to cover up on the couch, and keep warm!

It's so odd having friends in the southern hemisphere... opposite to us. It's getting warm here, and you're snuggling!!!
That Toby lives in the lap of luxury, under the blanket on the sofa!
Toby....
It's a dog's life, huh? ;-}
I lived the red glowing sunset!! Your skies looks on fire!! ;op
Love, Raelyn.... And Rose, my BEAUTIFULLY UNIQUE "Mystery Dog"!!
We have those prickly ball things in Tennessee too. When I was a girl I picked up lots of them and wrapped a few strands of yarn thru them to make Christmas ornaments. They make quite the rustic ornament.
Toffee is surely dedicated to his heater.
King Toffee looks all warm and toasty in front of the heater! So adorable! Cold weather like that can be hard on dogs, just like it can be hard on us humans. Just because they have fur, it does not mean they can withstand the cold better. Anyway, I think the blanket also does a great job keeping you warm. But I think the heater would make you feel warmer than the blanket can.
@Alyssa Flynn
Your dogs are so adorable! I want to hug them all! Like what Alyssa said, even though they have fur, it’s still not enough to protect them from the cold. It’s a good thing that you have heater. Look at them, they are all sleeping comfortably!
